We will provide you with a RMA number and will request that you return your items to the address below – any shipping method is allowed.  Please send us a phone number or other way to reach you in case there are any issues.

For an apparel exchange, please include a note with your desired size/color and return shipping address.  Please either check our store for current availabilities to make sure we have what you want, You pay to ship it back to us, and we pay for return shipping costs. 

If you are requesting a return for refund, please include your online order number with your item.  All funds from a return will be refunded onto the credit/debit card or PayPal Account used to place the order.  Due to bank policies, refunds can only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. After these dates, you will receive only store credit on approved returns.  

If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, reply to any of the e-mails we have sent you, or send us a note to .  A return/exchange or photo evidence may be required in certain circumstances..  Please have your order number handy to assist us.
